Chippa United look set to revamp their goalkeeping department with three of their current shot-stoppers likely to leave the club in the upcoming <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-za/lists/psl-transfer-news-latest-rumours-from-kaizer-chiefs-orlando-pirates-mamelodi-sundowns-and-all-psl-teams/blt7abceaf4eeb183c9" target="_blank">South African winter transfer window</a>.Lloyd Kazapua and Darren Johnson have just over two weeks left on their respective contracts with the Chilli Boys with the two deals due to expire on 30 June.While first-choice keeper Stanley Nwabali is expected to leave Chippa who are under the guidance of co-head coaches Kwanele Kopo and Thabo September.

WHAT HAPPENED?

The 27-year-old featured in three games including Chippa's impressive home win over Kaizer Chiefs in April as he produced an eye-catching display and kept a clean sheet in the just ended-campaign.Johnson is a keeper with both top-flight and international experience having turned out for Cape Town Spurs (as Ajax Cape Yown) and University of Pretoria.He also represented SA at the&nbsp;2019 U23 Afcon finals in Egypt as the first-choice keeper - helping the team qualify for the 2020 Olympic Games.&nbsp;

Namibia's finest served as Chilli Boys' second-choice keeper making just five appearances in the recent campaign.The 35-year-old, who has also turned out for Maccabi and Baroka FC on the local scene, has been linked with Sekhukhune United.A huge exodus is looming at Sekhukhune with several players having been tipped to leave the Limpopo-based club.

The Nigeria international is expected to be a hot property in the upcoming transfer window - having been linked with several foreign clubs including English side Queens Park Rangers and Saudi Pro League outfit Al-Ettifaq.Locally, Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates have been credited with an interest in the 28-year-old who kept 11 clean sheets in 26 PSL matches for Chippa in the recent term.Chippa chairman Siviwe Mpengise has confirmed that the <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-za/lists/kaizer-chiefs-handed-nwabali-transfer-hopes-as-chippa-united-opens-door-for-psl-clubs-amid-ongoing-talks-with-overseas-teams/blt97ff10fcb4e97623" target="_blank">club are open to selling Nwabali</a>.

Chippa could already be preparing for life without the three abovementioned&nbsp;keepers with the Port Elizabeth-based outfit having been backed to make a move for Denis Onyango.The Mamelodi Sundowns vice-captain's current contract with the Tshwane giants will expire on 30 June, but coach Rhulani Mokwena has made it known that the Ugandan legend is part of his plans.Furthermore, the Chilli Boys have also been linked with Kaizer Chiefs star Brandon Petersen despite the Cape Town-born shot-stopper having signed a new two-year deal in February which will keep him at the Naturena-based giants until June 2026.Kewen Prince, who served as Chippa's fourth-choice keeper in the just-ended campaign, remains part of the club's goalkeeping department.

THE BIGGER PICTURE

With the PSL transfer window set to open on July 1, Chippa are expected to be active - signing new players ahead of the 2024/25 campaign.The 2021 Nedbank Cup finalists are also set to part ways with some of their current players.
