The £74m ($93m) winger has been training away from United's first team since <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/jadon-sancho-outburst-erik-ten-hag-man-utd-responsibility/blta08b0e3f9a97ab9b" target="_blank">speaking out against manager Erik ten Hag </a>on social media in September and West Ham are among a number of clubs who are interested in taking him on, according to <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-12919131/MAN-UNITED-CONFIDENTIAL-Andre-Onana-leave-AFCON-clash-Spurs-January-14-West-Ham-interested-outcast-Jadon-Sancho-Mary-Earps-looks-set-leave-free.html" target="_blank">The Daily Mail</a>. However, manager David Moyes is said to be sceptical about signing Sancho on loan due to the short-term nature of a potential deal. The forward's £250,000-per-week wage, which any interested club would be expected to take responsibility for, is also believed to be a stumbling block for the Hammers.

WHAT HAPPENED?

United are desperate to see Sancho leave after he refused to apologise to Ten Hag. The manager recently insisted he had no regrets about the action he took. And given the impasse between player and coach, Sancho's only hope of playing for United again rests in Ten Hag being sacked. The Dutchman has presided over a horrendous run of results but his position <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/bayern-munich-liverpool-horizon-man-utd-put-erik-ten-hag-out-misery/blt1e8df73c3b2df7ae" target="_blank">is not believed to be in immediate danger</a>.

West Ham took Jesse Lingard on loan from United in January 2021 and the move was a roaring success, with the winger - who is currently without a club - scoring nine goals in 15 Premier League appearances.
