The Chelsea and Manchester United stars were snapped in Burberry blazers for the magazine's second 'Men of the Year' cover following their rise to the top of the football pyramid. </p>

<p>Recognition for both Palmer and Mainoo is a testament to how much young talent England have breaking through.
