<p>The 25-year-old was at his best once again for Serie A's second-placed side, <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/christian-pulisic-debut-serie-a-season-assist-usmnt-ac-milan-stefano-pioli-olivier-giroud-salernitana/blt0a9dba4261e4eb95" target="_blank">providing a beautiful assist for Davide Calabria in the 77th minute.</a> Pulisic delivered an inch-perfect cross for his team-mate who flicked a deft header on and past the Salernitana goalkeeper to make it 3-1 at the time. Despite the best efforts of the USMNT star, it was not enough to win the game with AC Milan throwing away the lead and conceding twice late on.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>The assist means Pulisic becomes just the second <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/christian-pulisic-usmnt-milan-dortmund-chelsea/blt22b66d7392ec3549" target="_blank">AC Milan midfielder to be involved in 20 or more goals in a single campaign</a>.
