<p>Chelsea have submitted an offer worth €15 million (£12.6m) for AC Milan and France goalkeeper Mike Maignan and want a decision by the end of the Club World Cup transfer window on Tuesday, according to <a href="https://x.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1931592027575107821" target="_blank"><em>Fabrizio Romano</em></a>.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>The Blues look keen to add a new shot-stopper to Enzo Maresca's squad. The Italian mainly deployed Robert Sanchez between the sticks in the Premier League while Filip Jorgensen took the reins in the Conference League. <p>Maignan kept 12 clean sheets in Serie A during the 2024-25 season but has won only two pieces of silverware since moving to San Siro in 2021 - the 2021-22 league title and the 2024 Supercoppa Italiana.</p>
