WHAT CHELSEA SAID

<p>Palmer has not had the time on the pitch he would have liked this summer, but that has<a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/chelsea-cole-palmer-england-euro-2024-final-spain/blt071947e7e1956004" target="_blank"> not stopped him from having a positive impact</a> for Gareth Southgate's men. The 22-year-old set up OIlie Watkins for the winner against the Netherlands on Wednesday and has been unlucky not to start at all across England's six games.</p>

THE BIGGER PICTURE
