Fresh discussions have taken place between the two parties, and Dortmund are now seeking to secure Rashford on a loan deal. The decision to accelerate their interest reportedly followed a disappointing 3-2 defeat to Bayer Leverkusen on Friday in the Bundesliga. </p>

<p>Rashford, now 27 years old, has endured a challenging period at Manchester United.
