The goal comes just three days after the forward's 25th birthday, <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/douglas-luiz-alisha-lehmann-declare-love-each-other-aston-villa-duo-cosy-clips-glitzy-25th-birthday-bash/blt676e06c0b8e52eef" target="_blank">which she celebrated with a glitzy party</a>.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Lehmann's strike opened the floodgates for Villa as Jordan Nobbs doubled their lead nine minutes later.
