<p>The German champions went 1-0 down after 12 minutes through a strike from Omar Marmoush before Junior Dina Ebimbe doubled the home team's lead just after the half-hour mark. Shortly afterwards, Hugo Larsson made it 3-0. Joshua Kimmich pulled a goal back for Bayern before half-time but Frankfurt went on to extend their lead with two more goals after the break to secure an incredible 5-1 win.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>It is the first time in 19 years that Bayern have found themselves 3-0 down so quickly. In 2004, Werder Bremen were 3-0 up after 35 minutes. The result is one of embarrassment for Thomas Tuchel and his side, who suffered their first league defeat of the season and find themselves three points behind leaders Bayer Leverkusen.</p>
