<p>Kane was <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/alphonso-davies-steals-win-bayern-sneak-past-celtic-champions-league-play-off-canadian-star-scores-94th-minute-goal-but-concern-grows-for-injured-harry-kane/blt4b558a48ba109b8c" target="_blank">substituted at half-time during the 1-1 draw with Celtic</a> in the Champions League on Tuesday and was <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/harry-kane-confirms-plans-late-night-scan-calf-injury-suffered-bayern-munich-champions-league-clash-celtic-fears-grow-england-captain/blt896647069a6a387b" target="_blank">sent for a scan on a calf issue</a>. The latest knock came days after he received a blow to the face during Bayern's clash with Bayer Leverkusen in the Bundesliga, and the club have now said he will "take a break from training".</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Bayern confirmed in an <a href="https://fcbayern.com/en/news/2025/02/harry-kane-break-from-training" target="_blank">official statement</a> on Wednesday that the England captain "has to cut back over the coming days" after it was revealed that his calf has been badly bruised. </p><p>Meanwhile, Kane took to Instagram to share his desire to be back in action as soon as possible.</p>
