<p>Kounde has become a vital player for Hansi Flick's Barcelona this season, impressing with his performances at right-back. However, he has been punished on numerous occasions for his poor time-keeping, resulting in being benched for matches against Alaves, Espanyol and Rayo Vallecano.</p>

<p>According to <a href="https://www.mundodeportivo.com/futbol/fc-barcelona/20250429/1002454109/ultima-estrategia-kounde-volver-llegar-tarde.html" target="_blank">Mundo Deportivo</a>, Kounde has been working on his punctuality but has recently devised a new method to avoid running late for team meetings. He has reportedly told some of the team's security staff to give him 15-minute warnings before Flick is due to gather with his squad.</p>

<p>Kounde's new plan comes at the right time for Barcelona, who won't want any of their key performers missing for a crunch run of fixtures.
