David Raya (7/10):Commanded his box relatively well, which has not always been the case since joining the club on loan, and made some good saves late on to secure his side a point.Ben White (6/10):Was fairly solid at right-back and did a decent job marshalling Diaz. Didn't get that many chances to get forward as his team were on the back foot for long periods.William Saliba (8/10):Was dominant in the air and was physical but fair in defence. Made some good blocks and interceptions, too. Definitely one of Arsenal's best players.Gabriel Magalhaes (8/10):Easily slipped the clutches of Konate and neatly headed home Odegaard's lovely floated free-kick for the opener. Was a towering presence at the back and got his team out of a number of tricky situations.Oleksandr Zinchenko (4/10):Nearly cost his side with some slack marking early on and then was beaten too easily by Salah for Liverpool's equaliser. Seemed to make error after error on the night.

Goalkeeper & Defence

Declan Rice (7/10):Got stuck in in midfield and did his defensive duties well. In the second half, he didn't have the same control he had in the first, but held his own for much of the contest.Martin Odegaard (7/10):Curled in a sumptuous free-kick to set up his side's opener, and while he pulled off plenty of neat tricks and flicks, he turned the ball over in midfield a couple of times. Has an uncanny knack of drawing a foul to relieve the danger, but was maybe fortunate not to concede a penalty for a handball in the first half.Kai Havertz (7/10):The German is definitely looking a more confident and effective player these days, and his decision-making has gone up a notch.

Midfield

Bukayo Saka (7/10):More often than not had the beating of Tsimikas and was a threat down the right. When the Liverpool left-back suffered a freak injury, Gomez was Saka's next opponent but the 22-year-old was still able to poke holes in the home side's backline.Gabriel Jesus (7/10):Showed good awareness and distribution for his team-mates and put in the hard yards for his team in a battling display.Gabriel Martinelli (6/10):Early on, he carried the ball with panache and pace, but missed a glorious chance shortly before half-time. However, his effectiveness as the game wore on dwindled as Konate got back at him a few times.

Attack

Leandro Trossard (7/10):Provided something a bit different to Martinelli in attack with his jinking, unorthodox style. Eddie Nketiah (6/10):The striker made an excellent tackle at the back but didn't get many chances in attack.Mikel Arteta (7/10):While Trossard and Nketiah were decent substitutes to bring on, the manager should have brought off the under-par Zinchenko.
