<p>Arsenal have been linked with a move for Rodrygo, who was said to be unhappy at Real Madrid during former manager Ancelotti's final months in charge. The Brazilian forward struggled as he competed with Vinicius Junior and Kylian Mbappe for minutes and the Spanish giants have <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-us/lists/rodrygo-transfer-arsenal-real-madrid-eur90m-asking-price-brazil-winger-club-world-cup-snub-xabi-alonso-transfer-midfielder/bltbfc1d5b6a9cecd72" target="_blank">reportedly slapped a £76 million (€90m/$104m) asking price on his head</a>, with the Gunners thought to be keen.</p>

<p>Arsenal are looking to increase their squad depth after injuries disrupted their Premier League title challenge, but ex-France international Gallas doesn't think a move for Rodrygo would be worthwhile as Mikel Arteta already has Martinelli at his disposal. </p>
