WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Clubs like Arsenal, Chelsea, and Liverpool have taken on <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/premier-league-clubs-emergency-meeting-discuss-man-city-claim-victory-over-top-flight-legal-case/blt90b84f9835d2fb75" target="_blank">significant shareholder loans</a> in recent years. WHAT KIERAN MAGUIRE SAID
