WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>The youngster enjoyed a successful campaign with the North London side last season where he scored 20 goals across all competitions and provided 14 assists in 47 appearances. He also regularly started for the Three Lions in the Euros and played in <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/gareth-southgate-blunt-warning-bukayo-saka-england-switzerland-main-target-euro-2024/bltc23c446918e602ee" target="_blank">multiple positions including as a right wing-back</a> when Gareth Southgate implemented a three-man back tactics in the knockout stage.</p>

<p>The winger was Arsenal's highest scorer in the Premier League last season with 16 league goals to his name in 35 matches. He played an important role as the Gunners gave a tough fight to Manchester City for the league title.</p>
