<p>Lehmann has admitted that she would consider returning to England in the future. The Switzerland international began her journey in English football in 2018 when she joined West Ham from BSC YB Frauen. The midfielder then briefly spent a year on loan at Everton before joining Aston Villa in 2021, where she made a name for herself. Last summer, the 26-year-old <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/juventus-confirm-alisha-lehmann-transfer-boyfriend-douglas-luiz/bltf2156736ea619b50" target="_blank">moved to Italy, along with her boyfriend Douglas Luiz, to sign for Juventus</a>.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Speaking on <a href="https://talksport.com/football/3050449/alisha-lehmann-juventus-wsl-brutally-honest-reaction-online-abuse/" target="_blank"><em>talkSPORT </em></a>show The Kickback, Lehmann said when asked about the possibility of returning to the WSL: "I don’t know, I have a contract for three years, I love Juventus, I love the team. I’m really happy there, to be honest. We will see what the future brings. Part of my heart is English because I grew up here. When I came, I couldn’t speak English."</p>

WHAT ALISHA LEHMANN SAID

<p>In her maiden season at Juventus, Lehmann has made 15 appearances across all competitions, scoring two goals.
